Facial Guidelines

Before receiving a facial it is crucial to receive consultation to discuss what steps if any needed, are to be taken in preparation. During this process skin goals and an anaylysis will be assessed to create a customized treatment plan. After your facial, specific instuctions taylored to your treatment regimen will be provided. Waxing Guidelines

Before your appointment:

Arrive on time, come prepared, and let us know about any allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities. Avoid anything that may irritate the treatment area, and follow any service-specific instructions provided before your visit.

After your appointment:

Keep the area clean, avoid irritation, heat, and sun exposure, and follow all service-specific aftercare instructions. Proper aftercare helps protect your results and supports the best healing outcome.

Brow & Lash Guidelines

Please arrive with clean brows and skin, free of makeup, oils, sunscreen, and skincare products around the brow area.

Please let me know before your service if you:

*Have sensitive skin

*Have had a reaction to tint, dye, adhesives, or lamination products before

*Are using prescription skin treatments

*Have had recent Botox, fillers, or permanent makeup near the brows

Wood Therapy Guidelines

Wood therapy is a non-invasive wellness service designed to support relaxation, stimulate circulation, and complement body contouring goals. Individual experiences and results will vary. This service is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Clients with pregnancy, recent surgery, skin sensitivity, or medical concerns should consult a healthcare provider before booking.

Chemical Peel Guidelines

Chemical peels can improve acne and acne scarring, skin texture, sun spots, and aging skin. Those who are in good health and realistic expectations for the outcome of their treatment are most likely a good candidate. However, a consultation is required one week before treatment to determine if this treatment is right for you.

Policy statement: These are general instructions for light to medium professional chemical peels only. Individual treatment plans may vary based on skin type, peel type, strength, medical history, and provider recommendation. Clients should always follow the specific instructions given by their skincare professional.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Need to reschedule? No worries. To ensure you do not lose your deposit, we ask that you call or text to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. Anyone that does not call a minimum of 24 hours prior to their appointment to reschedule, cancel or fails to show up, will be charged 100% of the service booked and forfeit their deposit. You will then need to rebook and place a new deposit for any future appointments. If one fails to follow this policy on 3 separate occasions, they will no longer be able to book any future appointments. All clients have a 10 minute grace period if running late. Any arrivals after 10 minutes will be canceled. Thus losing their deposit and charged for the full service. So please just call or text. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Payment & Deposit Policy

Forms of payment accepted are Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Apple Pay. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking for all services. This is to reserve your appointment time slot. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Any appointments canceled after 24 hours, will forfeit any refunds. Please don't lose your hard earned money by failing to follow this policy. Simply call or text if you have any questions about booking or cancelling an appointment.

Business Policies

  • Be respectful and cooperate with the esthetician's professional guidance.
  • All information is confidential.
  • We accept clients between the ages of 13-17 with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Respect the esthetician's professional boundaries and privacy.
  • No recording allowed without approval.
  • All clients will be required to fill out an initial client intake and consent form prior to any facial/waxing appointment(s).
  • Permission form required from clients prior to our business posting any images or videos on social media.
  • For best results, communicate and be honest about your needs, goals, lifestyle, medical history, any allergies or skin conditions during consultation.
  • Be open to the esthetician's expertise and realistic advice.
  • Clients should arrive with clean hygiene for each session or forfeit any refunds if appt has to be canceled.
  • Waxing will not be provided if skin is not clean and free of wounds.
  • Bikini or Brazilian Waxing will not be provided if areas are not clean, have existing foul odors, discharge, breakouts, cuts or abrasions.
  • No weapons permitted.
  • No pets allowed due to allergies.
  • No children allowed during sessions.
  • No illegal substances allowed on site.
  • No additional guests are allowed at appointments, as we do not have a waiting area and space is limited.
  • If a skin condition outside our cosmetic scope of practice is identified during consultation, skin analysis or treatment, the client will be referred to a medical physician or Dermatologist and treatment will be ceased for proper diagnosing. Those include such conditions as any suspected skin cancer, infections, or severe chronic inflammatory conditions such as level 3 or 4 acne, eczema, psoriasis, warts, and rosacea as required by state standards.
  • For any major health conditions monitored by a physician the client will need to consult their Primary Care Doctor or Specialist(s) to retrieve a release form or approval in writing for skin care treatments within our scope of practice.
